We’re switching from mindbody to Momence

We are super excited to announce we are upgrading our scheduling platform! We are moving from Mindbody to Momence. 

This will be taking place on Tuesday, April 30th. Nothing is needed from you until after the 1st of the month. You will be receiving an email with instructions to create your new password.

The first and important thing to note, your account will be migrated over so no need to worry. You will simply have to reset your password.

  1. Your existing account is migrated over including credit card information so tuition will run automatically like normal.

  2. Any existing memberships that you have are migrated over (you will just have to reset their password and log in to access anything they have active).

  3. All your class and any future bookings outside of your normal schedule will be migrated over.


Why are we changing our booking system? It’s been a long time coming. We’ve been wanting to make it easier for you to join our classes and make it less confusing. In our search for a better system, we came across Momence. We loved their easy-to-use system and their mission to create “beautiful moments” in life.


We think you’ll find Momence intuitive to use and will enjoy many benefits it offers, including less hiccups with scheduling makeup classes, the ability to do that at any time and not wait until the end of the month, better communication with us, more community, etc.

We will be in touch soon on specific details on when the change will be happening. You will receive instructions on how to access your account / bookings when the change happens.
